NOTE:

Devices like Actions Cams, Dash cams and Drones that are able to record in 4K quality or more need either a SanDisk Extreme or Extreme Pro card. SanDisk Ultra cards could be too slow for these devices. Check out our listings if you are looking for either SanDisk Extreme or Extreme Pro.

If buying a 64GB or higher capacity card, make sure your device is compatible with exFAT filesystem, otherwise the card will become corrupted. If you are not sure about this please ask for advice.

All cards include a minimum 7-year manufacturer's warranty with the exception of SanDisk Ultra 32GB 100MB/s and SanDisk Ultra 64GB 100MB/s.

We at Terashack will choose the best shipping method for your order—generally USPS Ground Advantage®. Depending on the order, we may choose expedited shipping or FedEx Home Delivery at no extra charge.

• Standard Shipping is FREE and available within the contiguous United States.
• You can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days if shipped to the contiguous U.S.
• Domestic customers outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time.
• You may wish to choose Priority or Expedited Shipping for an extra $6.99 (Non-refundable).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• We do not ship to international addresses.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods that are shipped to another country through a courier service.

All of our items have a 30-day return policy. We will only charge a fee for the reasons listed below.

If the item is being returned because it's damaged or defective, you may return it FREE of charge within 30 days for a replacement or for a full refund. Manufacturer warranty comes in place after 30 days have passed.

Fees

We will charge a fee if:

• Your order was returned because the address provided was wrong or incomplete.
• You returned an item that is "No longer needed" (Buyer's Remorse).
• You selected an additional shipping service, such as Priority or Expedited shipping.
• You returned a high-value order that had to be shipped with insurance and/or Expedited shipping (Buyer's Remorse).

We won't charge a fee if:

• Your items were damaged in transit.
• Your items are defective.
